It all starts with Cyril Perret, a former Spanish teacher 📚 whose thirst for adventure led him to move to Colombia for 10 years. An enriching immersion with the natives as a farmer.

Upon his return to France, he worked as a market gardener 🌾 before carrying out a surprising reconversion...

From market gardener to producer…. But how?

 

After having followed training as an agricultural business manager, 🌱 our adventurer launched himself as a fruit paste producer! The succession of the blackberry estate of Isabelle Gomez, at the origin of the company “La Mûre Gourmande” in Désaignes, was a real springboard for Cyril and his creativity.

It is on values ​​of originality and local know-how that “Golosina” was born. 🍬
