Located in the preserved surroundings of the Monts d’Ardèche Regional Nature Park, near Lamastre, Les Bruyères gîte welcomes you for a peaceful farm holiday. After 150 metres along a dirt track, you will discover the Fontbonne valley, where the owners have settled to grow small fruits and raise their animals.
This single-storey stone house is accessible to people with reduced mobility. You enter the gîte through a terrace where you can enjoy meals in the shade of the lime tree. Opposite the terrace, a small garden offers a beautiful view over the valley.
The accommodation includes a living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining table for 4 people, a lounge area with a decorative fireplace, a 120 cm sofa bed and a TV. On the same level, there is a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed. Above the bedroom, a steep ladder leads to a sloping mezzanine with an additional 90 cm single bed. This mezzanine is not suitable for children and has a ceiling height of less than 1.70 m (not included in the living area).
The shower room, located on the same level as the living area, is also adapted for people with reduced mobility. It features a large shower and toilet with grab bars.
Bed linen and towels are available for rent. Heating is included.
The gîte is located 5 km from Lamastre, where you will find all services, shops and two weekly markets.
Nearby activities include swimming in the Doux and Eyrieux rivers, canoeing on the Eyrieux, Aquarock Park, the L’Eyrium water centre, walking, mountain biking and cycling on the Dolce Via, or a journey back in time aboard Le Mastrou, the famous steam train through the Doux gorges.
