La Châtaigneraie is a two-storey gîte with an enclosed terrace.
On the ground floor: a living area with an integrated kitchen, dining space and lounge area in front of the old bread oven, with a wood-burning stove.
Upstairs: a master bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm bed, a bedroom with two 90 × 190 cm single beds, and a shower room with toilet.
Beds are made upon arrival. Baby equipment is available. The enclosed terrace includes garden furniture. Shared table tennis table.
The gîte is located in a small hamlet at an altitude of 650 m, where another gîte for 2 people is also available. The owners, who run an organic farm, live on site.
You will enjoy a unique view over the village of Labâtie and the Doux Valley, in a preserved environment away from noise and pollution. Many walks start directly from the gîte.
Le Bosc is located in the Monts d’Ardèche Regional Nature Park. On the property, you can also meet two donkeys and three dwarf goats. A small picturesque road leads to Le Bosc. Heating included.
