You can enjoy the owner's swimming pool, located 3 km away (10 × 5 m, covered pool, open daily from 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.).
The gîte is located close to Lamastre (around 3 km), where you can discover local produce at the Saturday market or visit charming heritage villages such as Désaignes and Boucieu-le-Roi. You can also enjoy walking or cycling along the Dolce Via.
The accommodation is accessed by three steps and features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. A small adjoining room (approx. 8 m²) is available next to the covered terrace. The ground floor also includes one bedroom with a 140 × 190 cm double bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine with sloping ceilings offers two 90 × 190 cm single beds.
The gîte is heated electrically. Outside, you will find a small private garden beside your parking space, a 20 m² covered terrace with barbecue, and swimming is also possible in the river at Lamastre. The property is located near the D534 road leading to Tournon-sur-Rhône and the Rhône Valley.
