Robin has 250 beehives and moves them between different flowering areas depending on the season. This allows him to offer a variety of single-flower honeys, including chestnut, acacia, fir and lavender honey. He also harvests propolis and honey, and produces mead and honey vinegar.
Carole transforms the precious products from the hive into delicious treats such as gingerbread and nougat.
She also passionately grows, on a small-scale farm, fruit trees, vegetables, berries and aromatic plants on several terraces. She transforms her produce into a variety of products, including syrups, jams, juices and chutneys.
