Set in the heart of nature, La Lézardière gîte is an independent stone house spread over two levels, offering excellent comfort with spacious and bright rooms.
A private terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue allows you to enjoy outdoor meals while admiring the magnificent view over the Doux Valley. Below the terrace, a relaxation area awaits you with sun loungers, deckchairs, a pétanque court and a children’s play structure. Next to the house, a table tennis table is also available.
On the ground floor, you will find a pleasant living area with a fully equipped kitchen corner, an American billiard table, a lounge with flat-screen TV, a bathroom, separate toilet and a welcoming entrance hall. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a 160 × 200 cm bed and a 90 × 200 cm bed, one with a 160 × 200 cm bed, and a master bedroom with either a 160 × 200 cm bed or two 80 × 200 cm beds that can be joined together. A baby cot and changing table are also available. The upper floor also includes a shower room with thermostatic shower and separate toilet.
The house is surrounded by an unfenced garden with two parking spaces and a small playhouse for children.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival.
Located 11 km away, Lamastre offers all shops and services, as well as a local market every Tuesday morning. At 8 km, you can discover the rail bike departure point in the charming village of Boucieu-le-Roi. Swimming is possible at the supervised lake of Retourtour in Lamastre. From Lamastre, the Dolce Via invites you to explore the wild and natural landscapes of Ardèche on foot or by bike.
