Halfway between Lamastre and Désaignes, one of Ardèche’s charming “Villages of Character,” this peaceful hamlet immediately captivates visitors with its uninterrupted views of the Ardèche hills. In this green and relaxing setting, the owners have lovingly renovated a former farmhouse that now includes two gîtes and their own home. The beautifully landscaped garden and the shared heated swimming pool with its stunning panoramic view are sure to win you over.
With its modern, high-quality facilities, Gîte Ludivine offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Warm and inviting, it combines elegant décor with a cosy atmosphere. The gîte is located below the owners’ house, while its private entrance and secluded terrace ensure peace and privacy. Access is via a gently sloping grassy path (approximately 50 metres).
Inside, you will find a separate, fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area. The cosy lounge, featuring a comfortable sofa, a Blu-ray player and a Marshall speaker, is perfect for relaxing. The bedroom is furnished with a 160 × 200 cm double bed and a desk. A small safe is also available. The accommodation includes an open-plan bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, as well as a separate toilet.
Outside, enjoy your private terrace with a dining table and charcoal barbecue while admiring the breathtaking views. Guests also have access to a pétanque court and a table tennis table.
The surrounding area offers plenty to explore, including swimming spots, museums, local heritage and numerous hiking and cycling routes.
For your comfort, the owners provide beds made on arrival, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and heating, all included in the price. A baby cot is available on request.
Private parking is available at the top of the property, and a secure bicycle storage room is shared between the two gîtes.
