Located on the heights of Désaignes, this former farmhouse welcomes you in a peaceful and unspoilt environment. Nestled in the heart of nature, the estate offers a serene atmosphere and remarkable open views, perfect for recharging your batteries away from the hustle and bustle.
La Grange is an outbuilding of the property, a small independent two-storey house fully renovated in a charming countryside style. It features a pleasant living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, with a lounge area a few steps higher. A toilet is also available on this level. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes three bedrooms: two with 140 cm double beds and one with two 90 cm single beds, as well as a shower room with toilet.
The house has two terraces: one overlooking the courtyard of the estate and another at the entrance, facing south, allowing you to fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the open views. The rest of the large property may also be occupied by the owners, while respecting everyone’s privacy and tranquillity.
The Doux Valley awaits you, with preserved landscapes to discover on foot, by bike or aboard the famous Ardèche Train. You are in the land of chestnuts and Picodon cheese; take the time to explore local markets and discover regional products. Between Lamastre (11 km) and Saint-Agrève (13 km), numerous events and activities bring this area to life.
