The gîte includes a kitchen, a dining area with a lounge corner (convertible sofa bed for 2 people) in front of a traditional Ardèche fireplace, and a DVD player.

Upstairs:

Bedroom 1 with one 140 cm double bed,
Bedroom 2 with one 140 cm double bed and two 90 cm bunk beds,
Shower room and toilet.

Central heating is included in the rental price. Outside, enjoy a large terrace sheltered from the wind and with no overlooking neighbours, as well as a small garden area.

Tourist tax is included in the rental price.
