The living area opens onto a 50 m² loggia, sheltered from wind and sun, with a large wooden table, outdoor lounge area and a solarium equipped with a BBQ.
Ground floor: a 45 m² apartment featuring a living room, open fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds (high-comfort bedding), and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment opens onto a shaded terrace under the lime tree, equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ.
The ground-floor apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people (+ 2 additional people on a 120 cm sofa bed in the living room if needed).
The upstairs accommodation comfortably accommodates 2 people (+ 2 additional people on a 120 cm sofa bed in the living room if needed).
Baby cot available on request (without bedding).
A private swimming area is located right at the foot of the house.
Check-in and check-out are personally handled by the host.
